How soon will my order reach me?
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day ship the same day. To a DPD locker in Latvia that is usually the next working day; by courier to an address, 1-2 working days.
Can I return an opened product?
Yes. If your skin disagrees with a formula, you can return it within 30 days even once it has been opened. Write to us and we will send a return label.
How do I know which serum suits me?
Start with what your skin needs, not with an ingredient. Every product page has a “Who it is for” section. If it is still unclear, write to us and we will recommend something specific.
Are the products tested on animals?
No. No formula and no ingredient is tested on animals, and we do not sell in markets where such testing is required.
